What: -USATF Sanctioned Open Pole Vault Competition
-Girls and Boys combined

Christmas day-camp
Time: -Check-in between 8:30am-9:00am
-Camp begins at 9:00am
-Camp ends at 4:00pm

winter TRAINING
November 9th – February 28th
Sunday: 3:00pm-4:30pm
Monday: 6:00pm-7:30pm
Thursday: 6:00pm-7:30pm
***Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday Training Plan is designed to be done on your own. Use of Steel City Pole Vault facility is available for these workouts during times that we are open.
